% 09.02.2016 Learned counsel for respondent no. 3, who enters appearance on the advance notice, submits, on instructions, that demolition order has already been passed on 1st February, 2016. He further submits that further action in accordance with law is in progress. Accordingly, respondent no. 4 is directed to provide appropriate police assistance to respondent no. 2 as and when any intimation in this regard is received by him from respondent no. 3. Compliance report be filed by the respondent no.3 in the Registry within four weeks with an advance copy to the counsel for the petitioner. Writ petition is disposed of with the above observations.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
