The petitioner is seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for disobedience of the order dated 05.06.2024.

Learned counsels for the respondents are present on advance notice.

Having heard the learned counsels for the parties, it appears that all relevant documents have been supplied to the petitioner. However, as submitted by the learned Senior Counsel for respondents No. 3 & 4, in so far as the complaint lodged on behalf of the complainant company is concerned, there is a typographical error in paragraph (3) (iv) to the effect that the date of the order of Court has been incorrectly typed/written as 19.01.2024, which should be read as 19.01.2022. It is also pointed out that likewise, there is another typographical error in the complaint in paragraph (4) wherein the date of the order is indicated as 06.04.2024, which should be written as 04.03.2024. He also points out that notwithstanding such typographical mistakes; the copies of the orders are already attached with the complaint which has been supplied to the petitioner. 7.

In view of the clarifications given by the learned Senior Counsel for respondents No. 3 & 4, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of, as not pressed.
