Counsel for petitioner states that though as per the Status Report, the unauthorized construction of raising of brick wall and the shuttering, at the roof of first floor of the property, Flat No.34, Jangpura Extension, Near Erose Cinema, New Delhi-110014, has now been removed, as also, other steps have been taken in terms of issue of Work-Stop Notice and disconnection of water and electricity connections, as also, a demolition order has also been passed.

There is no further direction which is required. The owner of the building has himself removed the shuttering fixed at the roof of the first floor, as per paragraph 9 of the Status Report and photographs are also annexed.

In this view of the matter, the contempt petition is disposed of.
