% 19.02.2025 CM APPL. 3644/2025 (seeking proponement of date and disposal of contempt petition) 1.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that there is no intention or objective to delay or defy the compliance of the order in question and needful could not be done as the petitioner was required to register himself afresh on the e-portal.

Fact remains that in order to ensure compliance, the report has to be transmitted to Sub-Registrar directly and, therefore, the petitioner cannot be insisted upon to re-register himself.

After hearing arguments for some time and after taking requisite instructions from Mr. Mohit Mann, present from the concerned department, it is submitted that , as per above directions, the report of concerned Additional District Magistrate shall be sent directly to concerned Sub-Registrar i.e. Sub-Registrar-VI-D by 28.02.2025.

In view of the above said statement/assurance, the petitioner does not press the present contempt petition. He, however, seeks liberty to revive the same, in case the report is not sent by 28.02.2025. 5.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed. 6.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
