O R D E R

% 11.04.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a married woman having two school going children. Petitioner was living separately on the third floor; whereas deceased along with her husband was living on second floor. No specific allegations of demand of dowry and harassment of the deceased by the petitioner have been levelled in the FIR. Learned APP submits that petitioner has joined the investigation. Petitioner was granted interim protection vide order dated 7th February, 2018, which is still continuing.

Keeping in mind totality of the circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest petitioner be released on bail, subject to her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/

SHO of the concerned police station.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
