The Petitioner under Section 482 Cr.PC has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing of FIR No. 0843/2021 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC filed against him.

Learned APP submits that the charge-sheet has already been filed and the matter is listed on 05.09.2024 for arguments and for framing of charge. 3.
