% 25.04.2016 By way of present petition the petitioner, inter alia, seeks direction to respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to modify the advertisement bearing No.3A/2015-16 for appointment of Grade-B Officers to the extent that a standard formula for conversion of CGPA or other scores be taken into consideration for the purpose of defining minimum educational eligibility.

Mr. Manoj Ranjan Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition and application with liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the result of interview and the selection process.

With the aforesaid liberty, the present petition as well as application are dismissed as withdrawn.
