% 27.01.2020 This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondents No.1 and 2 to demolish the illegal and unauthorised construction raised by respondent No.3 at C/51,337 Main Road, Batla House, Jamia Nagar, Okhla, New Delhi-110025.

The respondents had filed a status report on 15.3.2019. A fresh status report has now been filed.

As per the Status Report the property in question stands booked for unauthorised construction. Demolition and sealing order have also been passed by the competent authority. Demolition action was also carried out in December 2017 by demolishing 1 number of RCC roof Panels. The first floor has also been sealed. It is manifest that the respondents are taking action, as per law. None has appeared for the petitioner.

On the last date also none had appeared for the petitioner. The respondents will continue to deal with the property as per law. With the above directions, petition stands disposed of. JAYANT NATH, J JANUARY 27, 2020 n
