This petition has been preferred on behalf of the Petitioners under Section 407 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking transfer of case bearing Cr. Case No. 6517/2018 arising out of FIR No.330/2017 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at PS: Sarita Vihar, pending in Saket Courts to the Court of learned MM, Mahila Court, North, Rohini Courts, Delhi to be adjudicated with case bearing Cr. Case No.2900/2017 arising out of FIR No.461/2016 under Sections 354/354A/452/34/323 IPC registered at PS: North Rohini, pending in Mahila Court, Rohini. 2.

Ms. Mishika Singh, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of Respondent No.2. However, on instructions, she prays that the matter pending in Rohini Courts may be transferred to Saket Courts. Learned counsel for the Petitioner has no objection to the same. 3.

prayer made by Respondent No.2 is allowed directing transfer of case bearing Cr. Case No.2900/2017 arising out of FIR No.461/2016 under Sections 354/354A/452/34/323 IPC registered at PS: North Rohini, pending before learned MM (Mahila Court), North, Rohini Courts to the Court of learned MM, Saket Courts, where case bearing Cr. Case No. 6517/2018 arising out of FIR No.330/2017 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at PS: Sarita Vihar is pending.

Matter will be listed before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Saket on 01.08.2024 for passing appropriate orders for placing the same before the appropriate Court.
