A Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C has been filed for quashing of FIR/RC No.34(A)/2021 dated 29.09.2021 filed by ACB/CBI against the Petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel on behalf of CBI submits that the Petitioner already stands acquitted vide Judgment dated 15.09.2022. 3.

The present Petition has become infructuous as nothing more survives and is accordingly disposed of.
