% 06.08.2018 This contempt petition was initiated by this court suo moto on 2.9.2008 noting that despite pendency of the present case Central Bank of India. Bahadurshah Zafar Marg, has taken over possession of the immovable properties of the respondent company. The parties have filed their reply. It is an admitted fact that the property was mortgaged with Central Bank of India. At best the OL has rights under section 529A of the Companies Act. This aspect is not disputed by learned counsel appearing for the Bank. In view of the above, the contempt petitioners are discharged.

Petition stands disposed of.
