W.P.(C) 1370/2017 Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of ATMCD (vide its order dated 19.11.2015) directing the respondent Department to dispose of the representation of the petitioner (to be filed) and the petitioner having filed his representation on 26.11.2015 the same has not been answered till date.

On advance notice learned counsel for respondent/North DMC has put in appearance. He (under instructions states) that as per the record, the representation of the petitioner is pending before the Department and the same has not been disposed of. He undertakes

and assures to the Court that the same shall be answered positively within an outer limit of three weeks.

In view of the commitment of the respondent Department, no further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
