Respondent no.1 is present in Court along with his counsel and has produced the passbook of his savings bank account No.5018108000719 with Canara Bank, , 8-A, Atlantic Plaza, Lsc (Dda), Surajmal Vihar, New Delhi110092, IFSC Code : CNRB0005018 with necessary endorsement. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that the Claims Tribunal awarded compensation of Rs.6,23,878/- to respondent no.1 along with interest. It is submitted that Rs.1 lakh was released to respondent no.1 on 15th May, 2017 and the balance amount of Rs.7,27,245/- is lying in FDR. Respondent no.1 seeks release of further amount of Rs.2 lakh. 3.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, the Claims Tribunal is directed to disburse the amount of Rs.7,27,245/- along with interest thereon to respondent no.1 in the following manner:- (i) Rs.6 lakh be kept in 60 FDRs of Rs.10,000/- each for the period 1 month to 60 months with cumulative interest.

(ii) The balance amount, after keeping Rs.6 lakh in FDRs, be released to

respondent no.1 by transferring the same to his aforesaid savings bank account with Canara Bank.

All the original FDRs shall remain with UCO Bank, Karkardooma Court Branch.

However, the statement containing FDR number, amount, date of maturity and maturity amount shall be furnished by UCO Bank, Karkardooma Court Branch to respondent no.1.

The maturity amount of the FDRs be released to respondent no.1 in his aforesaid savings bank account.

No loan or advance or pre-mature discharge shall be permitted without the permission of this Court.

The application is disposed of.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for respondent no.1 under the signature of the Court Master.
