% 12.04.2017 The complainant-Jyoti is present with her counsel Mr. S.S. Gulia, Advocate, in the context of Writ Petition (Crl.) 369/2016 which also arises out of the same FIR. She fairly concedes that parties have entered into an amicable settlement in terms of which, they have agreed to take divorce by a mutual consent and in the wake of such agreement, the first motion herein took place before the Family Court on 10th April, 2017. She also submits that the second motion petition, which would result in her marriage with the petitioner, to be dissolved by a mutual consent, would be filed after six months. In this view, she submits her „no objection‟ to the petitioner being granted anticipatory bail. Learned ASC also submits „no objection‟. In view of the facts & circumstance, the application is allowed. It is directed that in the event of applicant being arrested in the case FIR No.655/2015 under Section 498A, 406 IPC, PS Dwarka-North, he shall be released on bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with

one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. Bail Application stands disposed of.
