The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the BNSS (Section 482 of the CrPC) seeks following prayers:- "a. issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/ order/ direction of similar nature whereby directing the Respondents No. I and 2 to protect life and liberty of the Petitioner from the hands of the Respondents No.3 to 4;

b. issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/ order/ direction of similar nature whereby directing the Respondents No. 1 and 2 herein to conduct the proper investigation in the aforesaid matter; and/ or c. pass such further order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case;" The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Learned ASC for the State, appears on advance notice and submits that the mobile number of the concerned beat constable and the SHO of PS Farsh Bazar shall be provided to the petitioner and in case of any exigency, the said officials will respond promptly in accordance with law. 4.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition. 5.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
