Mr. Rupal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of University of Delhi draws attention of this Court to the judgment dated 15.09.2023 in W.P.(C) 12139/2023, rendered by a Division Bench of this Court, whereby the very issue involved in the present petition, viz. the age relaxation for the purpose of the DUSU Elections 2023, has been pronounced upon. 2.

The prayer/s sought in the present petition are clearly precluded by the aforesaid judgement of a Division Bench of this Court. 3.

The above position is not controverted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives in the present petition, and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.
