O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 370/2019 This is a petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award effective from May 30, 2019.

Noting the contents of the petition and the learned counsel for the respondent on instructions from Project Director has consented to the same; the time period for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and to render the arbitral award is extended by a period of one year effective from May 30, 2019.

The petition stands disposed of.
