The issue in the instant appeals centers around the LOC which has been issued against the appellant.

It is not in dispute that during the pendency of the appeals, investigation has been completed and a complaint has been lodged with the concerned criminal court.

Furthermore, copies of the complaint and documents have been furnished to the counsel for the appellant.

Given this position, counsel for the appellant says that he will approach the concerned criminal court with an appropriate application to be allowed to travel abroad.
3.1 If such an application is moved, the same would be considered by the court, albeit, as per law.
3.2 If an application is moved, it shall be decided as expeditiously as possible, but not later than three (3) weeks from today. 4.
The appeals are thus dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid observations.
