During the course of arguments, it was informed that the matter has been settled between the parties.

The petitioners have no objection to the release of ^20 lacs to the complainant deposited by them before the Registrar General of this Court in compliance of the order dated 05.02.2016. Accordingly, ?20 lacs along BAIL APPLN. 2 79/2016 & BAIL APPLN. 280/2016 page I of 2 By:AMULYA

with accrued interest (if any) shall be released to the complainant - Anil Jain by the Registrar General of this Court.

It is further agreed that the vehicle seized in this case shall be taken by the petitioners and the complainant shall hand over all the original documents pertaining to the said vehicle to the petitioners. 4.

It is further settled that an MOU will be prepared / executed incorporating the terms and conditions of the settlement and the complainant shall co-operate and assist the petitioners in getting the FIR No.11/2016 registered under Sections 406/409/420/120B IPG at PS Inder Puri quashed.

It is further settled that the complainant shall not be responsible for any civil or criminal liability regarding the vehicle in question which remained out of his possession from 08.08.2015 till its recovery on 01.02.2016.

Since the matter has been settled between the parties, the petitioners are granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, they be released on furnishing personal bonds in the sum of? 50,000/- with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. They shall, however, join the investigation as and when required. The parties shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement. 7.

The bail applications stand disposed of.
