% 15.10.2019 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of an Arbitrator.

On the last date of hearing, Mr. Sameer Vashisht, learned ASC accepted notice for the respondents and sought time to take instructions. Today, Ms. Urvi Kapoor, Adv. appears for the respondents and states that she has instructions that the respondents have no objection if an Arbitrator is appointed by this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the parties be relegated to the Delhi International Arbitration Centre for adjudication of their inter se dispute.

Noting the said submissions, the parties are relegated to the Delhi International Arbitration Centre, they shall appear before the Coordinator of the Centre on October 21, 2019. The Centre shall appoint an Arbitrator

from its panel for adjudicating the dispute between the parties. The appointment of an Arbitrator shall be regulated by the Rules of the Centre. Petition stands disposed of.

Henceforth the name of the petitioner in the cause title shall be spelt as M/s Showcraft Productions Pvt. Ltd.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the Coordinator of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre.
