The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that respondent No.2 be directed to provide safety and security to the petitioner. The petitioner claims that there were certain matrimonial disputes with his wife and she is now living with her parents.

He further states that the petitioner has filed a divorce petition and is now being pressurized to withdraw the same. He states that he has been incessantly threatened to do so. The petitioner fears harm at the hands of respondent Nos.5 to 10. 2.

In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned SHO (respondent No.3 - SHO, PS Sonia Vihar). The SHO is directed to consider the petitioner's complaint and take such action as is warranted in accordance with law.

It is clarified that if an FIR is not

registered pursuant to the said complaint, all other remedies, if any, are available to the petitioner as well.
