Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that in view of the interim order dated 10th October, 2023, the Petitioner has been issued eligibility certificate and has proceeded for surrogacy. He states that nothing survives in the present writ petition.

Till date, the counter affidavit filed by the Respondents is not on record.

In any event, the issue raised in the present writ petition is also pending in two other writ petitions in W.P.(C)1158/2024 and W.P.(C) 2168/2024.
