The present application has been filed on behalf of petitioner seeking the writ petition to be infructuous due to the death of the sole proprietor. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was the sole proprietor and expired on 23.04.2021. She has also handed over a copy of the order dated 16.12.2025 passed in RFA 266/2015 titled as 'V K BHATNAGAR VS. M/S R K SHAH POLY TUBES', where the factum of death was also recorded.

In view of the above, the present application is allowed and the writ petition stands abated. The present application is disposed of.
