Learned counsel appearing for the parties jointly submit that there is consensus between the parties for transfer of the Civil Suit No. 609865/2016 to the Court of South-West Dwarka, New Delhi. 3.

The Court takes note of the controversy involved in both the suits, which seems to be overlapping revolving around the similitude of facts. 4.

The principal dispute relates to entitlement over the suit property in Civil Suit which is pending before the South-West, Dwarka. The cancellation of sale deed is sought for whereas on the basis of the same documents in Civil Suit pending before the Tis Hazari, the possession of the property in question is requested. The Court, therefore, appreciates the stand taken by both the parties for analogous hearing of both civil suits and accordingly, Civil Suit No. 609865/2016 stands transferred to the Court of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
