2. The Court sees no reason why the Petitioner should bypass the statutory remedy available of an appeal to the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal under Section 18 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI).

3. The Court, therefore, declines to entertain this petition, but leaves it open to the Petitioner to avail the statutory remedy available to him in accordance with law. The pending application is also disposed of. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
