Mr. P.S.Singh, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. Learned counsel states that he does not oppose the prayer made in the application. The substantive prayer made in the application is as follows:- "i) allow the present application and grant extension of time of one week to the Petitioners to comply the directions contained in the order dated 07.02.2018."

The prayer made in the application is to the effect that time be W.P.(C) 1142/2018
extended to comply with the directions passed by order dated 7.2.2018. For the reasons given in the application, the prayer is allowed and time is extended for depositing the FDR by one week. 6.
The application is disposed of in line with the directions given in order dated 20.4.2018 in W.P. (C) 3950/2018 titled: Vineet Bajpai and Anr. Vs. Registrar of Companies and Ors.
