CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE NAVIN CHAWLA

O R D E R

% 10.02.2020 Faced with the objection of the learned counsel for the respondents that an alternate efficacious remedy in the form of an appeal is available to the petitioners against the Impugned Order dated 01.08.2019, the learned counsel for the petitioners prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail of such appellate remedy. He further submits that as the document in question was presented for registration on 20.02.2019 and as more than one year has passed, he prays that the appeal as and when filed be expeditiously considered.

I find merit in the said submission, incase the petitioner files an appeal, the same shall be expeditiously considered by the Appellate Authority, preferably within a period of 8 weeks from the date of its filing.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
