The present petition is filed seeking quashing of the charges framed vide order dated 20.07.2022 qua the petitioner and FIR No. 74/2019 dated 19.03.2019, registered at Police Station Wazirabad, for offences under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

It is pointed out that the Hon'ble Apex Court, by order dated 10.05.2024 in Transfer Petition (Criminal) No. 736 of 2023, taking note of settlement between the parties has directed all the cases pending between them to be quashed / closed.
