2. Mr. Satyakam, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the Respondent states that the order of refund has been issued and the amount will be credited to the Petitioner's account not later than two weeks from today.

3. In the event that the Petitioner has any grievance on account of nonpayment of the refund amount together with interest, it may approach the W.P.(C) 1013/2017

VATO first and thereafter seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
