Learned counsel for the parties state that they have settled the disputes in the present proceedings. A copy of the settlement agreement dated 01.04.2024 signed by their authorised signatories has been placed on record.

Learned counsel for the parties undertake on behalf of their clients O.M.P. that the settlement will be implemented on its own terms. A copy of the settlement agreement is taken on record.

In view of the settlement, Mr. P.K. Agrawal, learned counsel for the petitioner, does not press O.M.P.(COMM) 381/2019, which is dismissed as withdrawn.

Mr. E.R. Kumar, learned counsel for the decree holder - Vijay Anand & Associates LLP also states that no further orders are required in OMP (ENF.) (COMM.) 226/2019, which stands disposed of. 5.

Learned counsel for the parties agreed that the amount of ₹5 crores deposited by the petitioner/judgment debtor in terms of the order dated 15.01.2024 be released to the respondent-decree holder, alongwith interest accrued thereupon.
