The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 27.03.2024 vide which the petitioner has been transferred from IGI Airport, New Delhi to Training Headquarter, NISA, Hyderabad. The petitioner also assails the order dated 01.06.2024 vide which his representation seeking reconsideration of his transfer to Hyderabad has been rejected.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if he is granted time till 31.07.2024 to join at his new place of posting in terms of the impugned order dated 27.03.2024. 5.

Issue notice.

Mr. Raj Kumar Yadav, learned Senior Panel Counsel accepts notice and fairly submits on instructions that taking into account the facts of the present case, the respondents will have no objection to grant of time to the petitioner till 31.07.2024 to join at his new place of posting. 7.

In the light of the aforesaid fair stand taken by the respondents, the writ petition is disposed of by granting time to the petitioner till 31.07.2024 to report at Training Headquarter, NISA, Hyderabad in terms of the impugned order.

It is, however, made clear that this order has been passed in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the present case and will not be treated as a precedent.
