Mr. Jha, learned counsel for the respondents hands over a copy of the order dated 30.07.2018 issued by the respondents, enclosing therewith a list of force personnel , who have been granted the benefits of 1st/2nd ACP, as may be applicable. The said document mentions the name of the petitioner at Sr.No.11 and states he has been granted the benefit of the 2nd ACP, w.e.f. 22.04.2002, in the pay scale of Rs.5500-175-9000 (Revised pay matrix level-6). After 30.07.2018, the respondents have issued an order dated 10.08.2018, specifically in respect of the petitioner on the same lines. The said orders are taken on record. Copies of the aforesaid orders have also been furnished to the counsel for the petitioner, who states that release of the arrears may be made time bound.

The present petition is disposed of while directing the respondents to ensure that the arrears payable to the petitioner on grant of the 2nd ACP w.e.f. 22.04.2002, are released within four weeks from today along with the revised PPO.
