Having heard the learned counsel for the appellant, there is no apparent error on the face of the record. Keeping in mind the trials and travails of the petitioner, there are no grounds to review the directions to hold a disciplinary inquiry against the erring official. 3.

There are espoused no sufficient cause for condonation of delay.
