During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has confined himself to assailing the debarment of the petitioner w.e.f. 18.06.2024 from the list of pre-qualified bidders enrolled with the respondent.

It transpires that the debarment of the petitioner was without issuing a valid Show Cause Notice (SCN) in this regard. 3.
The aforesaid position is acceded to by learned counsel for the respondent.

In the circumstances, learned counsel for the respondent fairly submits that the debarment order shall be withdrawn and a fresh show cause notice shall be issued to the petitioner in accordance with law. 5.
The above statement is taken on record.

Needless to say, in the event of any fresh show cause notice being issued, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity to file the reply thereto The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
