3. The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:- "a. Quash the impugned Orders and Signals dated 12.06.2024, 18.06.2024, 19.06.2024, 25.06.2024, 25.06.2024, 26.06.2024, 26.06.2024, 26.06.2024, 26.06.2024 and 26.06.2024.;

4. Vide the impugned orders, the petitioner has been transferred to M&C Frontier and has been directed to report at Silchar, Assam.

5. After detailed arguments, learned senior counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioner be granted time to report at his new place of posting.

6. Issue notice. Learned counsel for the respondents accepts notice and submits, on instructions, that the respondents have no objection to grant time to the petitioner till 31.07.2024 to report at his new place of posting.

7. In the light of this fair stand taken by the respondents, the writ petition is disposed of by granting the petitioner time till 31.07.2024 to report at Headquarters, M&C Frontier, Silchar, Assam.
