W.P.(CRL) 1934/2024 The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C. with the following prayers:
a. Direct the Respondent No. 1 and 2 to take immediate action on the representation dated 04.04.2024 made to Investigation Officer with respect to Complaint Number 30810230041670 at Cyber Cell, Dwarka, Delhi.
b. Direct the Respondent No. 3 to frame a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) qua the Online Financial Frauds in a manner that the affected parties have are duly informed of the action taken and are provided with an effective recourse to present their case before the Investigating Authority.

Issue notice. Mr. Sanjeev Bhandari, learned additional standing counsel for the State has accepted notice.
Learned ASC submits that the concerned police officer shall take appropriate action upon Complaint Number 30810230041670 in accordance with law.
Learned counsel for the petitioner in view of the submissions made states that the petition may be disposed of with a liberty to move the fresh petition, if required, in accordance with law. Liberty is granted.
In view of the submissions made, the present petition stands disposed of along with all the pending applications.
