1. By way of present writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks directions with respect to his complaint dated 12.06.2024 addressed to DCP Hauz Khas. 2.

Ms. Bandhopadhya, learned ASC for the State accepts notice and, on instructions, states that petitioner's complaint would be looked into by the DCP, PG Cell. She further states that complainant/petitioner would also be called and given a hearing. She further submits that CCTV footage of the police station would also be preserved and looked into alongwith any other material which the DCP, P.G. Cell may deem fit.
