This is a petition filed under Section 11 read with Section 15 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The petitioner prays that an arbitrator be appointed to fill in the vacancy caused by the inability expressed by Justice Satpal (Retired) to continue as an arbitrator. 2.

It is pointed out that Justice Satpal (Retired) was appointed to adjudicate the disputes between the parties in terms of the order dated 03.06.2016 passed by the Court. He has since resigned on account of illhealth. With the consent of the parties, Justice Badar Durrez Ahmed (Retired) is appointed as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes that have arisen between the parties. The arbitration shall be conducted under the aegis of Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) and in accordance with its Rules. The Arbitrator shall continue the proceedings from the same stage as left by Justice Satpal (Retired).

The parties are at liberty to approach the Coordinator, DIAC on 02.04.2018 at 11:00 p.m. for further proceedings. A copy of this order be also sent to DIAC.

The petition is disposed of.
