Bail Appln.2305/2019 Vide the present application, the petitioner seeks bail application under section 439 Cr.P.C. and to set-aside the order dated 29.08.2019 passed by learned ASJ-02, District South-West, Dwarka Court, Delhi in FIR No.225/2019.

In pursuance to last order, ASI Harveer Singh is personally present in person and has produced the certified copies of the PCR records. On perusal of the same, there is no discrepancy in arresting the petitioner.

In view of the allegations against the petitioner and the fact that

charges are yet to be framed, I find no ground to grant bail to the petitioner. The same is, accordingly, dismissed.
