The present petition under Section 25-B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act seeks following prayers:- "a. Allow the present revision petition against the judgment and order dated 12.12.2024 passed by the LD. ARC in the matter titled as J.P. Jain v All India Peace and Solidarity Organization RC ARC 996/2019 and grant the Petitioner unconditional leave to defend to contest the Petition filed by the Respondent;

b. Pass such other or further orders, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

There was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner on the last two dates of hearing as well, i.e., 08.10.2025 and 22.12.2025. 5.
