It is informed by the counsel for the respondent that the Appellate Tribunal Municipal Corporation of Delhi ('ATMCD') has passed an order on 04th February 2025 setting aside the demolition order passed by the MCD and remanded the matter back to the MCD.

Counsel for the MCD states that a Show Cause Notice has been issued for re-hearing the matter.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of, with the right of the petitioner to revive the petition, as and when the decision has been taken. 4.

The decision of the AE in this regard, post the remand, shall be communicated to the counsel for the petitioner, as and when it is taken. 5.
