After some arguments, Mr. Rajan, learned counsel appearing for the applicant, on instructions, states that the applicant shall voluntarily appear before the Investigating Officer on 11.06.2025 for the purposes of participating in the investigation process consequent whereto in case the applicant is sought to be apprehended or detained, the provisions of Section 12 of the Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Act, 2016 may be made applicable to the applicant.

In view of the aforesaid statement, it is directed that the applicant shall voluntarily surrender on 11.06.2025 at 11.00 A.M. whereafter, if in case, he is being detained or apprehended by the police authorities, the provisions of Section 12 of the said Act shall become applicable to the applicant.
