Counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2 had handed up a copy of order dated 25th November 2022 passed by Deputy Director of Education in compliance of order dated 14th December 2021 passed by this Court in W.P (C) 5859/2020.

As per the said order, Employees State Insurance Act, 1948 is noted as applicable to educational institutions (including public, private, aided or partially aided) run by an individual, trust, society or other organization) in the NCT of Delhi subject to the condition under Rule 50 of the Employees The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. As per communication, Chairman/Manager of the school was to comply with the orders by deciding the benefits of the ESI to the petitioner and other employees strictly within the provisions noted above and compliance report had to be submitted.

Copy of this report dated 18th April 2025, handed up in the Court, be filed on record of this Court.

Counsel for respondent no.2 has handed up a set of payments which has been made over a period of time to the petitioners. She also points to the affidavit of compliance filed on 20th November 2022, as per which, tentative calculation in accordance with 7th Central Pay Commission had been worked out. She states that this and other amounts have been already provided to the petitioners.

The said tabulation handed up in Court, be filed on record of this Court with copy to counsel for petitioner.

Accordingly, nothing further survives in this petition. 10.

Petition is, therefore, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner, in case any residual issue is left.
