This is an application filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, inter alia, praying that the time for making the arbitral award be extended for a period of six months from 07.03.2018. The learned counsel for the parties state that the matter could not proceeded expeditiously before the Arbitral Tribunal. This was so because the constitution of the Arbitral Tribunal underwent a charge several times on account of vacancies caused due to resignation of members. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed. The time for

making the arbitral award is extended for a further period of six months from 07.03.2018.
