% 14.01.2019 These three petitions arise out of proceedings in criminal complaint case (no.619347/2016) of the petitioner. While these petitions have been pending against earlier orders of the court of Magistrate and the court of revision, the criminal complaint has been dismissed by the Metropolitan Magistrate by order dated 26.02.2018. A copy of the said order has been placed on record by the respondents in Crl. MC 707/2018.

On being asked, the counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly concedes that to be the result of the criminal complaint. The said decision on the criminal complaint by the Metropolitan Magistrate renders the petitions against the earlier orders infructuous. The petitions and the applications filed ^lere^ith are dismissed accordingly.
