Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed to challenge the summoning order dated 21.03.2024 and consequent quashing of the proceedings qua the petitioner in the Compliant under Section 138 N.I.Act on the ground that blatantly it is evident that she is not a signatory to the cheque.

There is an alternate efficacious remedy available to the petitioner by way of revision before the learned ASJ which he is at liberty to avail.

Petition is disposed of and all the pending application also stands disposed of.
