This petition is filed for setting aside final judgment and order dated 3rd February 2024 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Courts, North-West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi.The impugnedorder directed payment of maintenance @ Rs.7,500/- per month from the date of filing the petition till disposal of the case and Rs.15,000/- per month from the date of disposal till legal entitlement of petitioners (i.e. wife and minor daughter of 2 years). 2.

The assessment by Family Court is on the basis of details provided by the parties. The Family Court disbelieved the bald averments by petitioner that he was a daily-wager earning a meagre amount of Rs.4,000-6,000/- per month. There were also circumstances of his ownership of a vehicle Mahindra Xylo, as also possible income through running of a dairy. The Family Court observed that there is concealment relating to petitioner's properties and assets.

In these circumstances, this Court finds no infirmity with the said judgment.
