This suit has been instituted on behalf of the Plaintiff seeking permanent injunction restraining the Defendants and all others acting on their behalf from trademark infringement, copyright infringement, passing off, acts of unfair competition, damages and rendition of accounts, delivery up, etc.

Parties have joined Court proceedings virtually. 3.
During the pendency of the suit, parties were referred for mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, where they have settled their inter se disputes amicably and executed a Settlement Agreement on 09.02.2026, incorporating the terms of the settlement, copy of which is on record.

Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the settlement between the parties.
