Learned APP for the State submitted that the Trial Court has already passed the order of discharge vide order dated 28.8.2019. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is not aware about the same and he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with the liberty to raise all the contentions including challenging of the order dated 28.8.2019 before the competent Court in the appropriate proceedings, as per law. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. Pending application is also dismissed as withdrawn.
