The present Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking Writs of Certiorari, Mandamus, Prohibitory directing the respondent No. 1 to 3 to ensure the life and Fundamental Rights of the petitioner and her family members which is being infringed by the respondent Nos. 4 to 8.

It is submitted in the petition that the respondent Nos. 4 to 8 are annoyed due to arrest of accused Rahul Pracha, Ajay, Sahil and Kushal @ Chintu and are adamant either to implicate the petitioner or her other family members in false cases. Therefore, there is an apprehension and threat to the petitioner and her family members and the prayer is made that the protection be given to the petitioner and her family members. 3.

Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 against Chintu and Sahil which is under investigation. The petitioner and her family members being the witnesses have the apprehension of their life and liberty. 4.

Submissions heard.

The petitioner is directed to approach the Witness Protection Committee of the District Court/Delhi Legal Aid Services Authority and to seek appropriate protection.

Learned Trial Court is directed to consider the application of the petitioner as and when it is filed and dispose of the same expeditiously. 7.

In the aforesaid terms, the present petition along with pending application is disposed of.
